Do you deliver every image you capture?

No we don't, we eliminate duplicate images, test shots, blurry photos as well as photos that don't meet our expectations. We like to ensure that every photo delivered to you, is of the highest quality.

Can I purchase additional digital images

Yes, you can purchase additional images. When you select your digital downloads, you will have the option to purchase additional images, as well as enlargements and canvas print.

 

When do I get my images?

From the date of your photography session, it may take up to 6 weeks to deliver your online gallery for you to make your image selections, however we will endeavour to have them ready as soon as we can. (Wedding photography packages will have all images delivered on a USB)

Can you photograph my newborn baby in my home?

Yes, we can provide a lifestyle session in the comfort of your home. A lifestyle session is a candid, photojournalistic style of photography, rather than a posed newborn session, which con only be done in our studio.

How do I book in a session date if the baby hasn't been born?

We will place a tentative booking based on your due date. We ask that you keep in regular contact when your due date is closer, so we can place a more realistic booking then confirm the date once your baby is born.

 

How do I book a session with Serena Jones Photography?

Easy, simply send us the details using our contact form, include the date you'd like to have your session and we'll confirm our availability. Once we have a time and date organised, you'll just need to put down a deposit to confirm your booking. 

Can your packages be altered?

Unfortunately not, the packages are priced based on what they offer. e.g. Family photos are only offered under Newborn Package 3, and cannot be included in Newborn Package 1 or 2.

Can I upgrade my package after my session?

Unfortunately not, once you have had your session, you are locked into the number of digital images offered under that package. However, you will have an opportunity to purchase additional images through from your online gallery.

 

Is the holding deposit i pay for my session refundable?

No, the deposit is non-refundable. It ensures that your session date is confirmed, and we will not accept any other session for that time slot, As such, should you change your mind about having your session, you will not receive a refund of any funds paid. 

Will the digital images you deliver, be professionally edited?

Yes, all digital images are professionally edited using the adobe photo editing suite.

How do I pay for my photography session?

Once we confirm the appropriate information, we will issue you an invoice, once issued, your deposit must be paid by direct deposit in order to confirm your booking. The remainder of your session can also be paid by direct deposit but must be made at least one working day before the session, otherwise you may pay by cash on the day of the session.

If payment is not received on the session day, your booking may be forfeited and your deposit will not be refunded.
